Grace Post Week 5 “jargon”

 Jargon:

(noun) - Special words or expressions that are used by a particular profession or group and are difficult for others to understand (technical terminology).

“Some people suppose that psychology merely documents and dresses in jargon what people already know.” - Psychology textbook

I chose the word jargon because I had no idea what it meant and was confused by the sentence until I looked up its definition. After learning it’s meaning I could then understand what the author was trying to convey in this sentence. I also thought it was an interesting word that I have not seen many times before.
